-定年まで前職で働いてもよかったのですが、新しいことにチャレンジしてみたいと思い、変化を求めて勢いで転職しました。まったくの未経験でしたが、転職サイトでオアシスに声をかけられたので、オアシスだけ採用面接を受けました。オアシスに採用されていなければおそらく弁理士を目指していませんでした。-現在の仕事は、新規出願、中間対応、外国出願の3つです。新規出願業務では、特許面談で発明の内容を発明者から伺い、その発明を文書化し、特許庁へ出願します。中間対応業務では、拒絶理由を受けた出願について、拒絶理由を解消するように補正したり、拒絶理由を解消している旨の意見をしたりすることで、特許査定へと導きます。外国出願業務では、国内で既に日本語でされた出願について、外国語に翻訳しやすい日本語に修正します。-特許事務所は基本的に転勤や部署異動がないので、コミュニティが広がりにくいです。弁理士になったことで、他の事務所や企業の弁理士の方との交流が増えました。これにより、コミュニティが広がりました。弁理士になったばかりで分かりませんが、弁理士にしかできない仕事をしていきたいです。-弁理士受験生時代は、主に弁理士受験予備校に通っていました。この時代は休日はほぼなかったとも言えます。弁理士試験に合格してからは、読書をしたり、家族と旅行に行ったり、趣味に時間を費やしています。また、クライアントの野球チームの助っ人として野球をしたり、クライアントと麻雀をすることもあります。-まだ弁理士になったばかりで、分からないことばかりです。まずは、クライアントからの質問に弁理士として適格な回答をできるようになりたいです。そして、特許に限らず、意匠、商標等様々な分野にチャレンジしていきたいです。また、古くからの友人が研究者なので、その友人がした発明について出願し、特許権を得るお手伝いをしたいです。- +名古屋市中区大須4丁目10番32号 上前津KDビル6階

Typically, NJQ-Associates have been admitted to practice in their home jurisdictions for a minimum of two years, and wish to add a Japanese component to their professional experience. NJQ-Associates have come to us from numerous jurisdictions including Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Mainland China, the Netherlands, Singapore, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Vietnam.-NJQ-Associates are offered exposure to a broad range of international transactions in a rather unusual context.
