  • -Akasaka International Law, Patent and Accounting Office, an international law firm based in Tokyo, is currently seeking a talented foreign professional to join our dedicated and experienced team. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing English correspondences and legal documents such as contracts, MOU, and term sheets. Additionally, the role will include planning and implementing marketing strategies (such as content marketing, SNS management) to expand the client base as well as developing strong relationships with professionals around the world for collaboration.

The staff would have the opportunity to learn about Japanese corporate and trademark law as well as obtain practical experience in the legal industry. The firm is also creating a Global Hub to bridge the Startup Hubs internationally.

Of course, we cannot change or control other persons’ mind, but we can seek the solutions by smoothing his/her emotion and enable him/her to consider reasonably.

  • -People needs to show their opinion though we shall not persist it. PR is skill to inform our capability to the society and communicate with the society. If we do not have no PR, our existence is almost nothing.

  • -Without curiosity, we cannot update the upstate technologies and trend market which weakens ourselves. Curiosity is only solution to survive.

  • -Knowing his/her ability and knowledge and knowing the demand of the society and clients, as interested person people shall take initiative. Passive person waiting for the clear instruction is not whom we want to collaborate with.

  • -Being humble about his/her ability(know the ability is not sufficient) is important though people shall have pride in being yourself. Only humble will raise your ability though being yourself shall be kept. Truth is that Top layer person is usually more humble than normal persons though there are some exceptional cases.
